By “General” we mean the nuts & bolts of the framework of your home. Things like insulation, vapour barrier, drywalling, mudding & taping, framing you name it.

New construction Framing

Starting a new home building. We have 20 years of building experience on our team to get your dream built. Working with high-quality sub-trades, businesses, and engineers, we have all the tools to make this an enjoyable experience instead of a headache.

Renovation & Existing Structure Framing

Finishing that basement can add a significant amount of value to your home with ideas of an additional rental space as a mortgage helper or AirBnB. This from a resale perspective is a highly looked at desire here in the Okanagan.

Insulating

Traditional Batt & vapor barrier

A vapor barrier is typically a plastic used for damp proofing to prevent interstitial condensation from forming in various building assemblies such as walls, roofs, foundations and floors. In typical building construction vapor barriers are required. Used with tradition batt insulation this is part of your building envelope.

Spray Foam

Available upon request, we use certified contactors if this is something you are looking for inside your build.

Drywall

Installation of drywall, taping and mud are the common use for interior finish. Primed then painted this will complete your interior finish. We have that covered.

*Please note: There may be a additional aspects to take into account during the drywall process depending on your specific needs & requirements such as fire ratings and legal suite separation. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Restriction: Note - with renovations drywall must be separated from other building debris during the demolition process.

Taping & Mudding

We typically do not take on large projects of just taping and mudding but with 20 years experience, we work with some great contractors that will help us in the full completion of the project.
